pre 2 godinaIt all started quite well when I spinned in Time Spinners and got a big win (almost 2000x). I played with a bonus and after this big win it felt like someone flipped a switch. For the next 10.000 Spins (to wager the bonus) my RTP varied between 50-70% in various slots (only played slots with an RTP between 96-97%). Didn't get a single big win anymore and the money just vanished basically.While this might be just a huge unlucky streak it felt super suspicious, since the wins completly stopped after the big win and never came back for a total of 10.000 spins. Ich zahle ein, nehme mir den Bonus dazu und kann Crazy Time nicht spielen, weil das mit einem Bonus leider nicht geht.Ich schreibe nochmal in den Chat und frage nach und der Chatsupport guckt noch mal nach und sagt, dass er sich vertan hat.Inakzeptabel, hätte nicht eingezahlt, hätte ich das gewusst.Habe auch keine Kompensierung oder so bekommen, wurde belogen und ist nix bei rausgekommen.
