pre 1 mesecaI have problems with verification(they have), rejected about 15 documents and now they not answering on my email.They wanted me to submit some answers about my earnings and job which I did.Sent them few mails last days about my verification and withdrawal and they are not responding, I have money on my account.

pre 1 mesecaWaiting for withdrawls and solutions for too long, not friendly, always saing that they forwardes message and that they are working on solutions in my case speeding up withdrawls and verifications.UPDATESending SMS promotions in late nights also, although i contacted them 5 times to stop, everytime same story, probablly talking to bot, didn't bet there for 6 months and was waiting that long for my acc to be verified and be able to withdrawal, THE WORST experience, if I can would give even less rating.This mistreatment with SMS gave me headaches, how rude they are its impossible, would sue them if there is chance for what they are doing.

pre 1 mesecaCan't say anthing postive when u get account blocked with your money on it.They are refering on violating term and conditions but didn't get response when I asked for exact reason.Simply like that, they BLOCKED ME AND TOOK MONEY with NO REASON

pre 3 meseciDelaying withdrawls and answers, rejecting withdrawls, after month got asked to do verification(additional) and now waiting more than month to be procesed, after that i can make withdrawl and will be waiting for reviewing of that who knows how long.Not getting notifications of rejections, had to ask everything by myself, obviously thy don't want you to get your money.

pre 8 meseciWhen I earned some money they started to aksing me for multiple verifications, delaying withdrawl.Had money in pendig for few days while I was se ding them what they were asking.After some time they decided to reject my pending money and after thet they took 1217€ from my account because of reasons that neither is true(they can close your account and they dont have to give u reason). Have 300€ still in pending(requested another withdrawl after first reject) and they still asking me for multiple verifications and proofs.They still let me bet with some restrictions,If I am bad player why I still have account?This what happened to me is real unjustice and fraud, cant believe how they still have site.After they took my money because of some terms and conditions and lets say that was legit…I had another 300€ earned and they took that too.They can took your money because they feel they want that, there dont have to be reason.They took more than 1500€ , just pulled from account
