pre 2 godinaI guess some opinions about this casino are written on casino request. I have very different opinion especially when it comes to withdrawal. Each time I try to withdraw they delay, use excuses, pretexts to make me resign from wihdrawal.Once they demanded another selfie despite my account had been verified long time before and I made withdrawals in the meantime. This time they they said I have active bonus so I cant withdraw. After I noted I dont have one they said I have to cancel Potential bonuses so other players opinion about fast withdrawals is fake. Than they discovered the new exchange rate which they dont publish anywhere and they refused to pay. I decreased my withdrawal request and they still havent paid out.

I uploaded all the documents required and asked representative on chat how much time does it take to witdraw. I was informed the need 14 DAYS !!! to verify my account and I should have read Terms and Condition before I started playing so I did but to late. I discoverd other rules: 5% commisiom on second withdrawal if made within 24 hours, limits of withdrwals related to deposits within 24 hours. The representative was shameless and mocked on me.

Very limited games providers, customer service only till midnight an only in Polish, basing on much time spent return to players is a disaster.
