Kazino igre su uobičajene. Uspeo sam da osvojim nešto što je dobro, ali proces povlačenja OMG. Prvo, 4 moja zahteva su odbijena i još dodatnih dokumenata. Prvo razumljivo za 2, a onda apsolutno ne. Razlog kao što je: nema razmaka između broja u vašem IBAN-u… Tako da sam kontaktirao onlajn pomoć nekoliko puta, uvek dobijam isti odgovor, ali sve uveravam da će povlačenje biti obrađeno u roku od 72 sata koji se pominje u T&C-u. Prošlo je 72h i onda….Ništa. Ponovo sam kontaktirao pomoć na mreži. Rekli su mi da je odeljenje finansija zauzeto, ali će povlačenje biti obrađeno u naredna 2 sata. 2h kasnije…. Ništa. Ponovo smo kontaktirali i tada su mi rekli da je povlačenje uspešno obrađeno na njihovoj strani i da ga sada obrađuje provajder plaćanja. Što može potrajati još do 10 radnih dana. Super šala. Tih 10 dana se, naravno, nigde ne pominju u Uputstvima i uslovima kazina, a u odeljku za isplate, kada izaberete bankovni transfer, trebalo bi da bude: „instant". Prošlo je 4 dana, a status u kazinu još uvek nije prihvaćen. Još uvek nisam siguran šta će se desiti, ali sam siguran da ovaj kazino odlaže koliko god može sa povlačenjem (u slučaju da konačno plate). Ne bih to preporučio.

Casino games are the usual I managed to win something which is good but the withdrawal process OMG. Firstly, 4 of my requests have been rejected and more extra documents. Understandable for the 2 first and then absolutely not. Reason like : no space between the number in your IBAN… So I contacted the online help several times, always get the same answer but all assure that the withdrawal will be processed in the 72h mention in the T&C. 72h passed and then….Nothing. Contacted again the help online. Told me that the finance department was busy but the withdrawal will be processed in the next 2 hours. 2h later …. Nothing. Contacted again and then they told me that the withdrawal has been successfully processed on their end and is now being processed by the payment provider. Which can take up to 10 more working days. Super joke. Those 10 days are of course not mention anywhere in the T&C of the casino and in the withdrawal section, when you choose bank transfers, it is supposed to be : "instant". It’s been 4 days now and the status on the casino is still no accepted. I’m still not sure about what is gonna happen but I’m sure that this casino is delaying as much as they can the withdrawal (in the case they finally pay). Would not recommend it.
