Zdravo, pridružio sam se Slotimu prošle nedelje i uložio 550€ svog novca ukupno. Povećao sam to do 1500€ to je sportsko klađenje preko sajta ne u kazinu, odbili su 2 moja povlačenja zbog prevrtanja. Rekao sam ok, to je u redu, preokrenuo sam i rekao mi je na live chat-u da je završeno tako da mogu da se povučem. Uradio sam to 23.01.2023. Rečeno mi je 48 sati kao što je pisalo na čekanju i još uvek postoji KIC, a zatim me kontaktirao putem e-pošte za ličnu kartu. Poslao sam ga, a zatim tražio selfi na kojem držim ličnu kartu koju sam sada uradio u ćaskanju uživo, oni kažu da moram da čekam, oseća se kao prevara oni nisu od pomoći Poslao sam e-poštu njihovoj podršci i zauzvrat ne dobijam e-poštu šta treba da radim? Sačuvao sam većinu svojih ćaskanja i zapretio sam da ću otići u policiju, izgleda da ih nije briga
Hello I joined Slotimo last week put €550 of my own money in total. I brought that up to €1500 that’s sports betting through the site not on casino they rejected 2 of my withdrawals because of a rollover I said ok that’s fine rolled over and was told on live chat it was completed so I can withdraw. I did that on 23/01/2023. I was told 48 hours as it said pending and still does KYC then contacted via email for ID I sent it then asked for a selfie of me holding the ID I did now on live chat they are saying I have to wait feels like a scam they are not helpful I’ve emailed their support and receive zero emails in return what am I supposed to do? I’ve saved most of my chats and have threatened to go to the police they don’t seem to care
