Podneo sam formalnu žalbu SlotsVader-u u septembru 2025. godine i do danas nisam dobio nikakav odgovor od odeljenja za žalbe.
Više puta sam kontaktirao/la, ali moji imejlovi su ignorisani.
Kada kontaktiram podršku uživo, stalno me preusmeravaju nazad na imejl, bez ikakvog pokušaja da provere moj slučaj ili da mi dostave ažuriranje statusa. Ovo stvara situaciju u kojoj podrška izbegava da pomogne, a na imejl sa žalbama se ne odgovara.
Pored toga, podneo sam formalni zahtev za pristup podacima u skladu sa GDPR-om (član 15) 4. marta 2026. godine. Ni na ovaj zahtev nisam dobio nikakvu potvrdu niti odgovor.
Generalno, ovo izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa procesom rešavanja žalbi u kazinu, nedostatkom komunikacije i transparentnošću.
Ostajem otvoren za rešavanje ovog pitanja, ali nedostatak odgovora tokom tako dugog perioda je veoma zabrinjavajući.
I submitted a formal complaint to SlotsVader in September 2025 and, to this day, I have not received any response from the complaints department.
I have followed up multiple times, but my emails have been ignored.
When contacting live support, I am repeatedly redirected back to email, without any attempt to check my case or provide a status update. This creates a situation where support avoids assisting and the complaints email does not respond.
In addition, I submitted a formal GDPR (Article 15) data access request on 4 March 2026. I have not received any acknowledgment or response to this request either.
Overall, this raises serious concerns about the casino’s complaint handling process, lack of communication, and transparency.
I remain open to resolving the matter, but the lack of response over such a long period is very concerning.
