Zamolio sam SpinBet da trajno zatvori i zabrani moj nalog, i rečeno mi je da je to učinjeno. Nedeljama kasnije, saznao sam da je moj nalog nekako ponovo otvoren, i mogao sam ponovo da uplatim i kockam — potpuno porazivši svrhu samoisključenja. Čak sam ponovo poslao poruku da mi je suđeno da budem zabranjen, a oni su se ponašali iznenađeni.
Ovo pokazuje ozbiljan nedostatak odgovornosti kada je u pitanju prevencija štete od kockanja. Ako igrač traži da bude zabranjen, posebno iz ličnih ili odgovornih razloga kockanja, trebalo bi da bude zaključan zauvek, bez izuzetaka. Umesto toga, na kraju sam potrošio više novca zbog kvara njihovog sistema.

Pokušao sam da pružim SpinBet-u pošteno, ali iskreno, iskustvo je bilo naporno. Proces verifikacije se odugovlačio duže nego što je bilo potrebno. I asked SpinBet to permanently close and ban my account, and was told it was done. Weeks later, I find out my account was somehow reopened, and I was able to deposit and gamble again — completely defeating the purpose of the self-exclusion. I even messaged again saying I was meant to be banned, and they acted surprised.
This shows a serious lack of responsibility when it comes to gambling harm prevention. If a player asks to be banned, especially for personal or responsible gambling reasons, it should be locked down for good, no exceptions. Instead, I ended up wasting more money due to their system failure.
Support is slow and full of copy-paste messages, and no one seems to take accountability. If you care about gambling responsibly or having control over your account, I wouldn’t recommend this site.

I tried to give SpinBet a fair go, but honestly, the experience was tiring. The verification process dragged on way longer than necessary. Even after submitting everything multiple times exactly as they asked — raw photos, full PDF statements, all corners visible — I kept getting told something was missing or needed to be re-uploaded.
Eventually, I was told my account was "fully verified," but when I tried to withdraw, I got hit with another message saying I wasn’t verified. Total confusion.
Support agents were friendly enough, but there was clearly a lack of internal communication. One says I'm verified, another says I’m not. It felt like going in circles for weeks just to get my money out. I’ve since closed my account and won’t be returning.
