Čuvajte se SpyBet-a – VIP usluga je apsolutno neprihvatljiva!
Želeo bih da podelim svoje izuzetno negativno iskustvo sa SpyBet-om – posebno sa takozvanom VIP uslugom. Uplatio sam preko 12.000 evra u veoma kratkom vremenskom periodu, očekujući da ću dobiti odgovarajuću podršku kao VIP kupac. Nažalost, bio sam gorko razočaran.
Podrška putem ćaskanja je praktično beskorisna: hitni upiti dobijaju samo standardizovane odgovore – prava pomoć? Nikakve. Navedena VIP adresa e-pošte uopšte ne odgovara, čak ni nakon nekoliko dana i ponovljenih imejlova.
Još gore: Moj navodni VIP menadžer me je prvi put kontaktirao tek više od osam dana kasnije – i to samo na veoma površan način. Nakon toga, stvari su se nastavile ovako:
Drugi pokušaj kontakta: još jedan period čekanja od 7 dana
Treći put su mi rekli da ću imati „novog VIP menadžera" – opet 7 dana bez ikakvog odgovora
Sada, iz četvrtog pokušaja, čekam već 14 dana – još ništa nije stiglo.
Nekoliko puta sam pokušao da kontaktiram odgovornog VIP menadžera – bezuspešno. Izvesni „Darijus" je obećao da će biti dostupan preko WhatsApp-a, ali njegov broj nije registrovan ni na WhatsApp-u ni na Telegramu. Ovo mi deluje izuzetno sumnjivo i ozbiljno dovodi u pitanje kredibilitet celog VIP programa.
Ponašanje podrške putem ćaskanja je takođe posebno razočaravajuće: Tvrde da će mi se VIP menadžer javiti u roku od 48 sati – što je očigledna laž. Nakon što sam nastavio, ćaskanje je jednostavno zatvoreno bez komentara.
Zaključak: Igrači sa visokim ulozima koji se nadaju kompetentnoj usluzi, pouzdanosti i priznanju trebalo bi hitno da potraže ugledniju platformu. U SpyBet-u, izgleda da je samo novac važan – usluga, komunikacija i lojalnost kupaca su samo fasade.

I would like to share my extremely negative experience with SpyBet – especially with the so-called VIP service. I deposited over €12,000 in a very short period of time, expecting to receive appropriate support as a VIP customer. Unfortunately, I was bitterly disappointed.
The chat support is practically useless: urgent inquiries only receive standardized answers – real help? None. The provided VIP email address does not respond at all, even after several days and repeated emails.
Even worse: My supposed VIP manager didn't get in touch for the first time until more than eight days later – and only in a very superficial way. After that, things continued like this:
Second contact attempt: another 7-day waiting period
The third time I was told I would have a "new VIP manager" – again 7 days without any response
Now, on the fourth attempt, I have been waiting for 14 days – nothing has come yet
I tried several times to reach the responsible VIP manager – without success. A certain "Darius" promised to be reachable via WhatsApp, but his number isn't registered on either WhatsApp or Telegram. This seems extremely dubious to me and seriously calls into question the credibility of the entire VIP program.
The behavior of the chat support is also particularly disappointing: They claim that the VIP manager will get back to me within 48 hours – a blatant lie. After I followed up, the chat was simply closed without comment.
Conclusion: High rollers hoping for competent service, reliability, and appreciation should urgently seek out a more reputable platform. At SpyBet, it seems that only money matters – service, communication, and customer loyalty are mere facades.
Vorsicht bei SpyBet – VIP-Service absolut inakzeptabel!
Ich möchte meine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit SpyBet teilen – insbesondere mit dem sogenannten VIP-Service. In kürzester Zeit habe ich über 12.000 € eingezahlt, in der Erwartung, als VIP-Kunde auch entsprechend betreut zu werden. Leider wurde ich bitter enttäuscht.
Der Chat-Support ist praktisch nutzlos: Auf dringende Anfragen folgen nur standardisierte Antworten – echte Hilfe? Fehlanzeige. Die angegebene VIP-Mailadresse vip@spybet.com reagiert überhaupt nicht, auch nach mehreren Tagen und wiederholten Mails.
Noch schlimmer: Mein angeblicher VIP-Manager hat sich erst nach über acht Tagen zum ersten Mal gemeldet – und das auch nur sehr oberflächlich. Danach ging es so weiter:

Ich habe mehrfach versucht, den zuständigen VIP-Manager zu erreichen – ohne Erfolg. Ein gewisser „Darius" versprach, über WhatsApp erreichbar zu sein, doch seine Nummer ist weder bei WhatsApp noch bei Telegram registriert. Das wirkt auf mich äußerst unseriös und stellt die Glaubwürdigkeit des gesamten VIP-Programms massiv infrage.
Besonders enttäuschend ist auch das Verhalten des Chat-Supports: Dort heißt es, dass sich der VIP-Manager innerhalb von 48 Stunden melden werde – eine glatte Lüge. Nachdem ich erneut nachgehakt habe, wurde der Chat einfach kommentarlos geschlossen.
Fazit: Wer als Highroller auf kompetenten Service, Verlässlichkeit und Wertschätzung hofft, sollte sich dringend eine seriösere Plattform suchen. Bei SpyBet zählt offenbar nur das Geld – Service, Kommunikation und Kundenbindung sind reine Fassade.
