Hi, I really appreciate your help and for posting it. The balance was either zero or odd 10p. The last time I contacted support was roughly last year sometime it was about a withdrawal it was taken ages I normally get withdrawals instantly within 1 min but problem was there end computer troubles.
I’ve had this account nearly two years I’m loyal customer on very regular basis I like to deposit big bank rolls. I’ve never had any problems, never abused promotions, one account and I’ve only used my card for payments and withdrawals for them to say I’m security threat and my account shut down takes the piss excuse my French. NO one contacted me I’ve checked email. They won’t disclose the reason. That was my go to casino I had lot of luck on it I was gutted and very disappointed and angry at decision I still am. I’ve done nothing wrong they should be happy to have me amount I spend and have lost. Any help would be most appreciated and very welcoming.
