I wish I could relate this casino 0 stars. They DO NOT pay out. If you ever move and have to update your address, there is no option to do this on their site. When you attempt to update your account information, the only thing you can change is your birthdate.
When verifying your address, they will not accept mail from the federal government as proof, ie a letter from the Veterans administration.
They will quit communicating with you, they will 0 out your balance, then pretend nothing happened.
This casino is complete and utter garbage, nothing but thieves, and should be shut down.
Stay away!
Additional edited info follows. Their response is BS. They ask for utility bills for their KYC in order to verify your address. BUT, on their own website, they state that government documentation will also work. So, I emailed them copies of letters and info that I received from the Federal Government, which, of course they denied. Also, I sent them a screenshot of their own KYC requirements, which I pulled from their own website, where it plainly states that this documentation would be valid if no utility bills are available, and of course, they ignore that info.
Also, this win, which is a whopping 100 dollars, I won in May of 2022. It’s literally been almost a year that they have sat on my money. I have just recently been trying to cash this out in earnest.
Stay away from these thieves.

I’m very concerned that my withdrawal request has not been processed yet. It’s been weeks since they confirmed they verified my documents and I was "KYC" verified but that still have paid out my withdrawal of over $2k.

If they do finally pay me out I will happily update my rating to more stars though.

Update: They never paid me out, VIPClubPlayer just decided to steal my $5,000. I tried emailing them numerous times over the past few weeks about my withdrawal request and they have completely ignored me. VIPClubPlayer is clearly a straight up scam; they are happy to take your deposits but if you win VIPClubPlayer will NOT PAY YOU OUT.

Edit: I was paid the day after writing this review so I gave another star. Too bad it was a headache getting paid. I did really like the games. *** I won on the No Deposit Bonus. Played through the super long playthrough with Chat verification. Submitted documents and was verified. This was in November. There was an issue with the first bitcoin address I sent. It was cleared up and chat kept saying payment would be soon as it was still in review and at one point in January they said I’d receive it "tomorrow ". From then on it was " kindly be patient for the review team". The review team sent 3 form letters saying to provide bitcoin address. I sent several times to the 2 different addresses I was given. I also gave it to chat. This last time chat said my physical address verification had expired and I should resubmit documents! Seriously? 😒 I just sent docs AGAIN. If not paid in another week I’ll file a formal complaint. It’s too bad this casino made cashout a nightmare. It was a fun casino with good games with quick chat support. If they would have paid in a timely manner I would have rated a 4 and deposited.

If I had the option, I would give this casino negative stars. I have been trying to get my withdrawal request completed for more than 30 days and still have yet to be paid! And the transaction amount is only $300. I have had to send the same authorization information multiple times. Each time that I contact support to request the status of my withdrawal, I am given different bogus answers or simply told that KYC support is reviewing my information and that I need to wait for them to contact me. It takes them at least 5 days to review information submitted to them.
I would NOT recommend this casino to anyone EVER!

This casino is by far one of the most horrible with customer service. They lie to you and then they will not let you cash out the monies you win even when you have proof you have met all criteria, as far as their stupid list of "terms". One of the customer support agents I spoke with did tell me all I needed to do is my KYC documents and then I could cashout, that didn't happen. They are by far the most horrible excuse that you will ever come across.
