Dakle, situacija je sledeća – dopunio sam preko kripto novčanika, iznos nije veliki, 10 evra, ali ako se to desi i sa tako malim iznosom, šta je sa velikim? Ne samo da nisu kreditirali moj račun 4 dana, već nisu obezbedili i bonus koji sam aktivirao kada sam napravio depozit.
A sada trešnja na torti – opravdanje za neuplatu novca je bilo to što se od momenta dopune do momenta kreditiranja kurs promenio i postao je ne 10 već 9 evra, a nisam imao pravo na bonus jer Nisam ga aktivirao kada sam uplatio depozit (iako to nije tačno)
Kap koja je prelila čašu je bila da su, dok sam se dopisivao sa službom podrške, dok sam opisivao da sam sve aktivirao, jednostavno zatvorili ćaskanje.
Ovo je vrhunac bezobrazluka!
Ps Šteta što to ranije nisam proverio na Casino Guru-u, ali neka mojih 10 evra bude korisna opomena za sve ostale.

The last straw was that when I was corresponding with the support service, while I was describing that I had activated everything, they simply closed the chat.
This is the height of rudeness!
