Tokom protekle dve godine, dobio sam 7 promotivnih imejlova od Wild.io-a koji su me podsticali da se registrujem i igram. Nakon što sam konačno kreirao nalog, uplatio sam novac i igrao — i pobedio sam.
Ali umesto da mi se isplati, Wild.io je tvrdio da igram iz ograničene jurisdikcije (Australija) i zaključao mi je nalog.

• KYC dokumenti su traženi tri puta, svaki put sa nejasnim razlozima. Nakon što su u potpunosti ispunili zahtev, i dalje su odbili da plate, pozivajući se na moju nadležnost — tek nakon što sam pobedio.
• Njihovi Uslovi i odredbe navode Australiju gotovo na poslednjem mestu na listi zemalja sa ograničenim pristupom — i to nijednom nije sprovedeno dok nisam zatražio povlačenje sredstava.
Evo iznenađenja:
Da sam izgubio, rado bi zadržali moj novac i pustili me da nastavim da igram.
Činjenica da je pitanje nadležnosti pokrenuto tek nakon što sam pobedio pokazuje jasan slučaj selektivnog sprovođenja zakona i loše vere.
Da im je zaista stalo do usklađenosti sa propisima, bio bih blokiran od registracije, uplate depozita ili igranja — ne bi mi slali promotivne imejlove i dozvolili da slobodno gubim novac.
Zvanično ću eskalirati ovu žalbu kompaniji Curaçao eGaming i nadležnim organima za zaštitu potrošača. Ovakvo ponašanje je predatorsko i neetično i želim da drugi budu svesni pre nego što poveruju ovoj platformi.

Over the past two years, I received 7 promotional emails from Wild.io encouraging me to sign up and play. After finally creating an account, I deposited and played — and I won.
But instead of being paid out, Wild.io claimed I was playing from a restricted jurisdiction (Australia) and locked my account.
What makes this extremely deceptive:
• I’m a dual citizen, and no warning or geo-block was triggered when I signed up, deposited, or played.
• KYC documents were requested three times, with vague reasons each time. After complying fully, they still refused to pay, citing my jurisdiction — only after I won.
• Their Terms & Conditions list Australia almost last in a buried list of restricted countries — and at no point was this enforced until I requested a withdrawal.
Here’s the kicker:
If I had lost, they would have gladly kept my money and let me keep playing.
The fact that jurisdiction was only raised after I won shows a clear case of selective enforcement and bad faith.
If they truly cared about regulatory compliance, I would have been blocked from registering, depositing, or playing — not targeted with promotional emails and allowed to lose money freely.
I will be formally escalating this complaint to Curaçao eGaming and relevant consumer protection authorities. This kind of behavior is predatory and unethical, and I want others to be aware before trusting this platform.
