As a massive crypto girly, I definitely have a soft spot for flashy colours, big wins and doing dumb sh't. In saying that, I must admit the use of online Casinos isn't a daily activity for me.

They don’t care if you’re a loyal player, they don’t care how much you spend — because no matter what, they’ll take it one way or another (through exclusions or hidden qualifiers).

My account stats vs their own VIP thresholds don’t line up
My Wager Statistics page shows: VIP rank Level 12, Total Wagered 318,223.02, Total Bets 69,821. Their Rewards page shows Level 12 requires 40,000 wager and advertises Instant Cashback 9%, Weekly Cashback 3%, Monthly Cashback 1%, and a Level Up Reward of 50. Their Rewards page also shows Level 22 requires 250,000 wager and Level 23 requires 325,000. So on their own UI I’m sitting at 318,223.02 total wagered (above the Level 22 threshold shown), yet the account is displayed as Level 12.

"Qualifying wager" / exclusions are used as a blanket excuse, without an audit trail
Their latest written response claims the difference between total wagering and "qualifying wagering" is because wagers on "higher-RTP titles and excluded game categories" do not count toward VIP progression & rewards, and the VIP system "correctly filters these wagers out." They then say "No manual adjustments will be made" and close the ticket ("This concludes our review… closing this ticket."). If they want anyone to trust that, the minimum they should provide is a bet-level reconciliation: each bet, the game/title, category, whether it counted, and a reason code for any exclusion.

Cashback: the headline % is shown, but the real rate varies by game and they won’t disclose it
The Rewards page shows a cashback % for your level, but cashback varies by game/category. I challenged inconsistent cashback despite consistent play (including the same Dice house game). Live support replied: "The RTP should have been different, and this is why the cashback is not the same." Management then said: "we don’t reveal our formulas for rewards". So the player is shown a percentage, but the casino won’t disclose the effective rate applied, the RTP/house edge inputs used, or a calculation breakdown that links the displayed % to what is actually credited.

Proven contradictions in their own messages (this is the "ammunition")
• Carry-over vs reset: they told me "The remaining wager amount was accumulated toward Level 13… required 47,500… you have already wagered 42,399 toward this level." • Weekly wager totals conflict: a leaderboard screenshot shows my weekly wager as 71,548.37. In chat they also stated "This week, you have wagered 71,343.34" and another breakdown stated "Total Wagered This Week: 71,349.71". Three different totals for the same week across their own UI and their own "investigations".
• Leaderboard paid positions changing + refusal to explain: management told me "you did not come in the top 5 paid positions… This particular one was top 5." When I asked "Wait isn’t there 10 paying positions?", the reply was "This can change weekly." When I asked WHY it changed, the reply was: "This is not public information," followed immediately by "we will be closing this ticket." I also have a leaderboard screenshot showing payouts for ranks 4–10 with prizes:
