Hello, My bank can't see any incoming payments from fatpirate. But they said this is probably due to them not sending it by faster payment so it won't show until the money is actually in my bank. The only way they can trace it is with the ARN number which I'm still waiting for 🤦🏼‍♀️ customer service is as useful a chocolate teapot, I get told the same thing over and over again
