Anyone heard of basswin casino, suspect withdrawal methods (strana 2)

The withdrawal went through. Screenshot attached. €400 EUR paid to the credit card and has increased my available credit by the amount paid. It's pending just now. Up to 10 days to clear. After conversion, it was £342.20. Checked on Google and that's right enough. The 400 Euro is the max withdrawal. I'll put in for another now. Can only do one withdrawal at a time, so @Smid9, you'll have a lot of withdrawals and 36 hours to wait between them.

Update to that last one. The withdrawal limit has been changed to €150 (from €25 previously) and I had €64.29 remaining. Total deposited was €75.

@Smid9, after your first withdrawal, I'd be keen to see what your minimal withdrawal amount is set at - if you decide to go through with the verification that is. I don't know if I'd settle on losing 20 or take the chance. Probably be doing a deeper dive through the terms because I think I read somewhere about €1 or €2 max spins, beyond that was a breach of rules. Quite a bit to read through in the TOS.

I did read though somewhere a sister site done the same saying 10 days to clear and it was cancelled our never went through in the end keep me informed when it actually lands in bank 🏦

Just done a bit of digging into sister sites they normally pay out first time around £400-500 then any subsequent payments are either cancelled within the 10 day pending period and balance disappears on site and it is impossible to get in contact with them.

A few reviews on trustpilot say similar scenarios have happened to them got the initial £400-£500 and after that nothing, and they are saying its identity theft so still not holding out after reading them reviews on sister sites.

With regards to "saying it's identity theft", can you send me a link? I've seen comments along the lines of they suspect that to be the case, but none saying it's happened.

I'm thinking of registering with Cifas just in case. Plus, the company that paid the money to the credit card, although London-based, is unrelated to gambling. I'll wait to see if this clears, which I think it will - can't see them reversing it or the credit card company not accepting their payment. Doubt I'll be depositing again anyway. Too much I don't know. This is my first experience of an unlicensed casino. Don't know what to make of it. Maybe they can pay more cos they ain't paying licenses, then again, maybe they're in an entirely different (shady) business. No idea what's happening. An experienced team (@jaro) I think need to do a deep dive on them.

Ps. Played through the remaining €65 that I couldn't withdraw - nada. That's typical though.

Anyway, I won't be doing anything rash like registering on Cifas unless something shows amiss on my credit reports.

I see that at least something has moved forward, which I am happy about. However, I would prefer if you had the money already in your account because it is still not so.

Our team would try to help you in your situation, but it should be added that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal. 

So if nothing happens you will have this option. Hopefully it won't be necessary. 

Also, if you want to answer to someone you can use "reply" button and the player will be notified about your response. That is only little tip. 🙂

Yes, our team will try to find out everything necessary, but it will take some time as this is not the only casino that receives a review. It will also be new and we won't have as much experience from other players yet, so I don't know what we can expect. 

Usually the mentioned experiences are important for the safety index and according to them is safety index developing.

However, in the future I would definitely recommend playing in casinos that are licensed and preferably in your country, because if something happens, you have someone to turn to. 

If the casino is unlicensed, it is virtually untouchable if it chooses to ignore players or us if we contact it.

Do not play basswin casino it is a joke, u can only withdrawal to a Mastercard, but can deposit using a debit card. I sent all the documents to verify my account to withdrawal and they don't accept driving licence as I'd, it has to be a passport. I don't have 1, I did everything that they asked and still can't get my withdrawal, avoid this site at all cost u will never get your money back.

That's bad. I used a passport for ID verification and a phone bill for address verification. The photos of my ID didn't work. I had to scan them with the printer to get good enough quality for the system to accept them. Photos kept being rejected. I also emailed them the copies as live chat had stated that they can do manual verification.

During our cooperation, we may request copies of one or more of the following documents (or additional documents not listed below): valid passport; documents confirming address (utility bill issued within the last 30 days or bank statement clearly indicating name and address); proof of ownership of the payment methods used in the account (photos or scans of both sides of the card(s) used to make deposits on the Site, with the first six and last four digits of the card number visible, and the CVV code on the back of the card hidden. Bank statement for the card(s) used, showing our recent transactions.

(I've bolded for emphasis the bit I'd be emailing them back about). Usually, a driving license is a valid photo ID because it's government-issued.

As maddening as it is, I'd say, be calm in your communications with them. The guys you're getting in contact with are employees or more likely independent contractors working for peanuts. While you're out of pocket, it feels like you're at their mercy.

...politely stating that your valid ID in the UK is your driving license. It was issued in #### and is valid until ####, and just the same as passports, photocard licenses have a 10-year validity so it is a true likeness of your current photo. Let them know you've read their site rules and that section 4.2 of the rules stipulate "or additional documents not listed below", in which case, ask them if they'll accept a valid photocard driving license for ID verification. If not, why not?

I'm saying that, but that's just what I would do. I'm just another player. (or was - never again). I was advised on here earlier that this site (Casino Guru) has a complaints service that can help put things right. I'm sure someone from here will chip in to steer you right in dealing with them.

It went through. (Screenshot above somewhere). Mine's pales in comparison to the amount you won though. I'd imagine for that amount, they'll be scrutinising every move you made on the site looking for clauses to get out of it, and verifying wins with the games providers. Fingers crossed it works out. Keep us posted, whatever you decide.

May I ask how long is this issue going on for? When exactly has the verification process started? In my opinion, there surely should be some alternative when it comes to the documents to prove your identity, if you do not have a passport, for example. Have you informed the support team about it, and what was the answer, if I may ask?
