Pre podnošenja žalbe, uverite se da ste dali sve potrebne informacije: svoje lične podatke, detalje o kazinu, podatke za prijavu u kazino, opis problema i prateće priloge ako su potrebni. Međutim, imajte na umu da je licenca kazina neproverljiva, što znači da kazino može da radi bez važeće licence za igre i u tom slučaju vam regulator neće pomoći u vezi sa ovim problemom."
Prema ekranu za štampanje koji ste dali dobavljaču licence za vlasnika Invite Sistems BV je Gaming Curacao 1668/JAZ. Antilephone obezbeđuje samo daljinsko licenciranje.

According to the print screen that you provided the license provider for the owner Invite Systems B.V. is Gaming Curacao 1668/JAZ. Only remote licensing is provided by Antillephone.
