As i can see this is a 9 Lines slot machine called Wild Wild gems. Y play with Bet 3 that means 3 Lines so this is not a win. When y have played with Bet 9 (9 Lines) than yes y would have won. (Play 9 lines for Top jackpot)

Believe me, the amount you could have won is really not so large that the casino deliberately didn't want to give it to you.

Pomenuli su to, ali ovog puta traje dugo. Povlačenja su izvršena 27, 28. i 29. juna.

Samo mislim da bi moglo postojati opravdanje i prognoza za plaćanje zbog kašnjenja, a ne šta se dešava, što su odgovori bez ičega konkretnog i neobjektivni.

If the complaint has been published and then closed as rejected, you should see the reopen button located in the rejected complaint thread.

If the complaint was not approved and hence was not published, then you can submit a new form and explain the events there.
