Iskreno, mislim da morate imati određeni način razmišljanja da biste podržali igrače, bez obzira da li govorimo o Zajednici ili Timu za žalbe, pa to radimo zato što nam je stalo i zato što možemo. Takođe, opšte priznanje naših zajedničkih napora, kao što su vaše ljubazne objave i podrška ili nagrade industrije koje hvale naše odgovorne kampanje, same po sebi su nagrada. 🙂
Što se tiče finansija, mi smo zaposleni ili izvođači radova, što znači da smo plaćeni da obavljamo „svakodnevni posao". Ne bih imao dovoljno vremena da ovo radim samo kao hobi, na primer... 😎
Ipak, želeo bih da kažem da je novac samo oblik nagrade, a ne pravi uzrok naše posvećenosti. Mi to ovde ne radimo, ali neko može da radi ceo dan kao bot da bi zaradio platu, ali to ne znači da je osobi zaista stalo.

Honestly, I think you have to possess a certain mindset to support players, no matter whether we are talking about the Community or the Complaint Team, so we do that because we care and because we can. Also, the general recognition of our mutual efforts, such as your kind posts and support or industry awards praising our responsible campaigns, are a reward in themselves. 🙂
In the financial matter of speaking, we are employees or contractors, which means we are paid to do the "daily job." I would not have enough time to do this as just hobby for example... 😎
Still, I would like to say that the money is just the form of reward, not the real cause of our commitment. We don't do that here, but one can work all day as a bot to earn a salary, yet it does not mean that the person really cares.
