Ispostavlja se da povlačenja zaista zavise od kazina.

Čekam već 22 dana da mi se isplati dobitak iz RoboCat kazina. U međuvremenu, primio sam isplatu iz drugog kazina, koja je odmah obrađena i trenutno uplaćena na moj račun.

Well, sometimes that's the case, but in my opinion it's a much better way than if they asked for them one by one and checked one document for several days, for example. This way, when you send them all at once, you can at least rest assured that everything will be fine. Besides, these aren't any special documents, they're quite common, even if there are more of them.

Hej, osvojio sam preko 15 hiljada evra u kazinu i svakodnevno podižem 500 evra iz kazina na svoj PlayID. Prvih 1.500 evra je stiglo posle 3 dana. Zatražio sam još 1.500 evra 17. februara u podne, a danas, 20. februara, ništa nije stiglo. Ne mogu mi reći koliko radnih dana će biti potrebno za obradu isplate. Još uvek imam 2.500 evra na svom PlayID-u i 14.500 evra na veb stranici kazina. Imam osećaj da namerno sve odugovlače i oduzimaju im vreme. Verifikovan sam KYC i ne razumem zašto im toliko treba. Bilo je dana kada je novac direktno prebačen na moj račun u roku od 5-10 minuta, a sada kada sam osvojio veliki dobitak, teraju me da čekam večno na isplatu. Radije ne bih držao 16-17 hiljada evra na svom PlayID-u.

Dobro jutro, definitivno postoji veza između PlayID-a i kazina; to je lako videti. Verifikovali su me i PlayID i kazino. Proces je trajao od 19. dana nakon prijave do 29. dana. Sada, danas – 30. dana – ne bi trebalo da bude više prepreka. Ali još uvek nisam primio svoj novac. Kazino ne odgovara na direktne upite, kao ni PlayID. Samo standardni odgovori.

I wish your morning would be much better than this... What you just described truly sounds like the experiences I saw across the forum in the past. Let's hope it is not related to just FunID/PlayID because that's sort of a 3rd party involved in payouts. I must be frustrating and I hope it will be over soon.

PLAY-ID blocked my entire account immediately after my first successful withdrawal of €100.

At first, the live chat was closed twice without any explanation when I asked what was going on.

After that, I was simply told that the account had been closed due to an "internal decision".

I currently have around €800 spread across several casinos (Rabona, Frumzi, BigClash, etc.), and I have no idea whether I will ever see this money again.

Is there a way for me to file an official complaint here?
