Osoba iz kazina me uopšte nije kontaktirala; ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove na verdecasino.support.

Prosledio sam fakturu Jakubu putem imejla 26. decembra 2025. godine i od tada nisam dobio odgovor. Moj kazino nalog je blokiran i nemam mu pristup.

Bezuspešno pokušavam da ponovo otvorim žalbu, ali mi se ova poruka prikazuje od 26. decembra.

Od tada nisam dobio nikakav odgovor/povratne informacije putem imejla, niti od vašeg zaposlenog u vezi sa ponovnim otvaranjem žalbe. I očigledno, žalba se ne ponovo otvara uprkos dokazima. Ne znam zašto... Iako mi je predstavnik Verde kazina u žalbi rekao da će mi isplatiti novac ako mogu da dostavim fakturu/zahtev za plaćanje sa navedenim brojem mobilnog telefona sa „drugog naloga".

Već sam izgubio pristup prvom nalogu.

Stvar je u tome što sam izgubio telefon, a broj naveden na mom sekundarnom nalogu više nije bio važeći. Štaviše, bio je to pretplatnički broj koji je zahtevao da sam dopunim kredit. Bilo je teško dobiti potrebnu dokumentaciju, zbog čega je sve trajalo toliko dugo.
