Going through the same BS with 5gringos, took almost three weeks of constant emails, uploading of Confirmation of identification and Varifications of addresses, Utility Bills just to get to the, we are pleased to inform you that your withdrawal request is currently at its final stage of process and will be paid out by our financial department as soon as possible, then a day later, I get another email saying, your account has to pass additional verification, what BS left feeling Annoyed, Disappointed and Ripped off. They can receive my deposits instantly, yet it takes 24 to 48 hours for a half asre response and a month for a Confirmation that ends up being a renag 24 hours later, Absolute SCAMMERS! That's my Honest review, 5GRINGOS gets 0/10 Rating for me.

Izbegavajte ga sa širokim vezom, nećete moći da podignete novac odatle!!! Nijedan način plaćanja ne radi!!! Svi su korumpirani i samo vas teraju da čekate beskonačno. Otkazana povlačenja računaju se kao depoziti i teraju vas da ih ponovo okrenete!!! Čekam mesec dana na uplatu i jedva čekam! Ovaj sajt ne treba da postoji a zaposleni treba da budu u zatvoru!!!

Počeo sam u ovom kazinu i napravio prvi depozit od 50 € i sve je prošlo u redu. Pokušao sam da napravim i drugi depozit od 50 € i pisalo je da je otkazan, pokušavao sam dosta vremena, dok nisam zatražio da izbrišem svoj nalog. Sledećeg dana mi je nedostajalo 50 evra sa kartice i kartica je bila zaključana zbog malvera.

Poslao sam poruku njihovoj podršci putem mejla, poslao sam im fotografiju ko je podigao novac preko moje kartice. Sledećeg dana su mi vratili novac na karticu.

Hmm, I would probably contact the payment provider to find out what happened and why this situation occurred. I don't really understand these things, but if you've tried several times, couldn't it be a problem of why this situation arose ?
