I am registered at 96en.com casino, I have won 200usdt and I can't withdraw money because it asks for a transaction password... the agents don't answer me for more than 24h, I don't have the option to set the password anywhere. I'll send you a screenshotfile

transaction password should be the account's password i think. but its not accepting that 😕

in the FAQ they say:

ok i tried both. 96in support e-mail is only for indian players on 96in.com

tried live chat on 96br.com and same thing happend. only for br players.

Kod mene je potpuno isto, pa mi nije jasno kako odmah odgovaraju na 96/br.com, ali na engleskom nikada ne dobijam odgovor na svoj mejl.

Hello, I haven't heard of a casino asking for a transaction password from a player. Is that the only step you have to take to withdraw money ? How long has your situation been going on that you can't withdraw ? 

Of course I wouldn't share the password of anything to be honest and I would wait for a reply from the casino what you have to provide and try to write them another email or in live chat again.

Hello, that means you haven't verified your account yet, right ? 

As for the fact that there is no support that speaks English, that's strange because on our website we have it listed that they have English live chat. 

Anyway, I would like to know what the transaction password means, because I am not sure if it should be the password of the account. It would be best to find out from the casino itself and maybe more players would avoid the inconvenience of withdrawals.

Ne postoji ključ za kripto igrače, već samo ta lozinka i navodno kažu da ne mogu dati 96in i 96br više informacija o tome kako postaviti lozinku za transakciju. Još uvek niko ne odgovara na e-poštu i ćaskanje uživo
