So you still haven't managed to verify your account, yes ? I also find it quite funny when you say that you are already verified in several casinos that have the same management. 

If you haven't managed to verify, I would think about filing a complaint, because you have no alternative from the casino and such a trivial thing could be solved much faster in my opinion. What do you say ? Are you going to wait some more time and try to resolve it or are you going to go ahead and file a complaint ? 🤔
