Hello,
this casino is using fake slots, i experienced it while playing my favorite slots. It should be blacklisted, no wonder they operate without a license.
They even sent me 200 dollars to compensate me so i keep my mouth shut. But since they continue using fake slots after i warned them about it, our contract is broken.
Not to mention that i sent a mail to close my account like 4 or 5 days ago and i did not get a reply.

Regarding the closure of the account, it is very important to state the reason for it. If it is due to gambling problems, the casino should shut it right away. If the reason is that you just don't want to play there anymore because you are unhappy, well, to tell you the truth, the casino can leave it open as long as they wish, and we are not able to do anything about it. I have many reasons for the fake slots.
First of all, when you search for a game, it appears up to 5 times in the research. Next to that, they had the old version of the book of dead, which also confirmed it was a fake one. The actual one has a relic as scatter which will break and reveal the book. They changed it once i mentioned it but the slot is still fake one. It is very strange to me that every tease for free spin is having the third scatter passing by one space and it's always like that. Also as a swiss player, when i try to connect to a real playngo slot, I'll have a message that tells me I'm in a location that cannot play the game but i could connect to it and play.
On the slot wolf gold, on the real slot the wolf wild symbol will appear stacked on whole reels but on their slot it is only one wild per reel, which makes winnings very poor.
But the reason that made me understand it was fake slot was when i was playing book of tut. Normally on the real slot, if you receive a line combined with the symbol picked during free spin, it will still pay out. But during free spins, i had jack as symbol, got a line of jacks but it didn't pay, only the expansion paid. This was confirmation it was fake.
Concerning the 200 euros. I played on their casino and lost money on it and i find out that i was actually playing these fake slots i mentioned. So i wrote them to inform them about it and that i wanted a refund because for me it was depositing to lose. They agreed to pay 200 dollars as compensation and sent me a paper to sign. I corrected the paper and put 400 euros and then i signed. If as a casino, you know you have only real slots, why would you agree to give compensation money in the first place?
The next days i continued playing there thinking those fake slots were removed but i lost again and i know i played fake slots again. I am playing casino for more than 10 years, always the same slots so i can easily tell if it's a real one or fake one.
Since i didn't receive 400 but only 200 and since they continued to use fake slots, for me the signed contract has no meaning.
So for this reason i asked closure because i don't want to play on a casino using fake slots.

I think there is just one thing worth adding to your post. These days, only the licensing authority may investigate the game's authenticity, so playing in an unlicensed casino actually also means that once you lose faith in the slot's origin, you have no one to turn to for clarification. 🙁

Yes, 2024 was not that good to me in matter of casinos. I fell on one which accused me of using vpn, now this.
I am not saying i am 100 percent right but i had that feeling after my experience on that casino.

I appreciate your suspicion, so I am disappointed that there is not a formal solution to address it; the casino was not licensed the last time I looked. How about you try to consult with the associated game provider?
Though, if I'm to be honest, I'm not very convinced that would work out well too.
