Zdravo, kada sam kliknuo na vezu da uložim žalbu kazinu amunra

Dešavalo se da nisam mogao da napišem u rubrici gde sam hteo da opišem svoju situaciju, kada sam pisao, slova su počela da nestaju, pa ne znam šta se dešava. Možete li mi pomoći zašto se ovo dešava.

Zdravo, našao sam se izbačen iz amunra kazina jer sam pitao u live chat-u u kom trenutku je moje povlačenje proglašen zavisnikom od kockanja iu ovom slučaju su mi rekli da bih izgubio dobitak i izbacili su me. Sada kažem da sam odigrao svu svoju platu Nadao sam se dobiti od 500 € koju sam zaradio sopstvenim novcem, a ne bonusima, šta mogu da uradim da vratim svoje povlačenje? Čekam tvoju pomoć.

Hello. I also had problems with this casino as soon as I requested a withdrawal. I can't solve this problem for 5 months. since April 2024. Now I filed a complaint here on the site, but I still haven't received a response from the casino. I hope to somehow solve my problem.

I can see that unfortunately, until now, the casino has not been willing to cooperate with your complaint. It is a shame whenever a casino doesn't even try to explain the situation and our team is not able to move forward.

May I ask, though, what exactly the problem is there? Why do they need the residence permit document from you?🤔

I also do not understand why they need this document. I provided the casino with many other documents such as a passport, a foreign passport, a driver's license, a bank statement, utility bills. Kazhino simply does not want to pay out money, constantly coming up with new demands. At the same time, the amount that I won from the Casino is 96 euros.

I bet Romi was interested in whether the casino explained the purpose to you. Did they?

No, they didn't explain the situation. It's a really bad situation when a casino asks for a document that they can't provide to avoid paying out. They are probably trying to avoid their obligations this way.

As I can see now, the casino replied in your complaint thread but still did not give the answer to why they need this document if you are not able to get it anymore, as of the reason that you don't need to.🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately, we need to wait a bit longer to learn how this situation will unfold.

I will surely keep my fingers crossed for the promptest resolution of it.🤞

Danima pokušavam da se povučem iz kazina "AmunRa" i stalno piše "na čekanju"... Pokušavao sam iznova i iznova da otkažem povlačenje i pokušam ponovo. Sledeća stvar je da želim da povučem na Mastercard ali kada je izaberem, pored iznosa piše Visa. Shvatam da to neće uspeti i zato pišem ovde da vidim da li neko može da mi pomogne. Imam snimke ekrana i mejlove svega.

However, when was the last time you made a withdrawal? Are you withdrawing using the same method you used to deposit? Did you ask the casino why your withdrawal was still pending and how long you are waiting? Sometimes you have to be a bit patient until the withdrawal is approved if it was, for example, the first one or if the casino asks for some documents for verification. None of this was necessary?

Čekao sam ~7/8 radnih dana i nisam dobio nikakve odgovore od podrške za ćaskanje uživo o podnošenju bilo kakvih dokumenata ili bilo kojih drugih uputstava - samo piše „na čekanju". To mi je prva transakcija pa sam iznenađen da još nisu tražili nikakva dokumenta. Što se tiče sistema depozita/povlačenja: Koristim istu karticu, ali kada kliknem na povlačenje putem Mastercard-a uvek piše Visa pored iznosa za povlačenje...? Hvala na odgovoru, sačekaću pa se javim 👌🏽

We give casinos 14 days to sort out everything that is necessary to withdraw and if they ignore you and you don't have the money by then, then we would try to help you if you opened a complaint with us. But by all means don't cancel the withdrawal you have now because the time I mentioned is counted from the time you make it. If you haven't heard anything new and still see it as pending and the casino hasn't responded, feel free to get in touch again. If you don't need the documents and you don't have to go through the verification process, that's fine, casinos don't always do it the first time you make a withdrawal and you can go through the process later. 

I would also recommend not to gamble with your money and wait until everything is sorted out.
