I had the exact same experience with Astrozino.
My account was fully KYC verified.
I never accepted any bonuses.
I made several deposits and only played live sports betting.
As soon as I won (over €3,200) and requested a withdrawal, they cancelled it and confiscated my entire balance.
Their only response was "decision is final" without providing any proof of T&C violation.
This casino seems to follow a pattern where they take players’ money once they win. Everyone should avoid Astrozino!!

So try to focus on the links I provided and see if it's possible to file a complaint there.
It's a shame that the casino didn't explain anything. That's quite necessary in any case. But I know that they usually only tell players something general because they can't reveal what they violated so that they don't pay attention to it later.

I’ve been scammed by astrozino online casino. I won 11400$ fair and square. In order not to pay out they told me that I contravened their t and c’s by providing fake documentation for verification, that I manipulated games and bonuses and disguised my identity. All of these things are False. I never did that nor do I know how. So they immediately removed all my winnings. They basically stole what was won fairly but they won’t reply when I asked them a thousand times to prove what they were claiming.

Happened to me as well. I got 11100 confiscated and I did nothing wrong. My account was fully verified. They have done this to so many as I’ve read in many reviews in a variety of places. I can’t believe they are not being shut down. Clearly they are crooks.

Biću potpuno iskren i napraviću veliki izuzetak da vam odgovorim, moj život više neće biti povezan sa klađenjem.
Potpuno sam odustao od klađenja pre nekoliko meseci i nikada se više neću kladiti, imam takav osećaj, ali iskreno, klađenje obično završava gubitkom, niko na svetu ne dobija na tome.
Znam da se osećaju teško! Bio sam u tvojoj koži pre nekoliko meseci i mogu reći da bukvalno nemaš nikakve šanse protiv njih. Borio sam se, ali nisam dobio pomoć ni od koga!
@Casinoguru je propustio važnu poentu u celom mom slučaju, a to je da bi mogli da spreče ovo na neki način kako više igrača ne bi završilo u istoj poziciji kao ja, ali gledaj, u istoj si si situaciji kao i ja, potpuno si potrošio novac, desilo se nekoliko igrača i desiće se još novim igračima. Astrozino je najveći prevarant koji postoji. Moj nalog je verifikovan i imao sam novac nekoliko dana, ali je konačno moj porastao i pomislio sam da je vreme da obradim isplate. 24 sata kasnije stiže dugačak imejl da je moj novac 0 stavljen i da je na mom računu ostalo samo 105 evra, a onda su nestali.
Žalilo se na VPN, žalili su se na falsifikovanje moje dokumentacije.
Iskreno, ako želiš da se boriš, bori se, ali nećeš pobediti. Obratio sam se nekoliko sajtova za klađenje poput casinoguru-a, neki su pokušali da mi pomognu, ali niko nije uspeo.
Moj najbolji savet je da odustanete, prestanete da se kladite i umesto toga sledite svoje ciljeve u životu.
Činjenica da se ipak izvlače je luda!!!

I did try every avenue I could. They didnt reply and so casinoguru closed the case and all they get is a negative review. This is much more than that. They are stealing. I got the same excuses for taking my winnings as you did. I also got that their decision is final. My question is, how is it possible with so many complaints, they are still operating and no one shuts them down? I even filed a complaint with the entity that give the licence but got no reply. In the meantime they keep stealing and getting away with it. Thanks for your advice.

Ne želim toliko da se sećam, upravo sam potpuno prestao da se kladim. Ali se ne sećam kako se zvala njihova licenca, ima mnogo rupa u zakonu, što znači da mogu da rade šta god žele sa igračima i da se izvuku. Njihova licenca za igre na sreću je jedna od najgorih. Veliki igrači imaju ozbiljne licence za igre na sreću i teže je prevariti igrače za njihov novac. Najbolje što možete da uradite je da progutate gubitak i krenete dalje, nažalost, i mene su povredili!!
Nažalost, i dalje im prolazi nekažnjeno i niko neće zatvoriti Astrozino. Pridružiće im se još igrača i bukvalno će oduvati sve nove igrače.
Pustio sam ih, ali verujte mi, kamera postoji i jednog dana će otići tamo.
