Yeah, they won't answer to me either. I have sent multiple emails and all I've received is one message last friday that said "Biometric and  Source of Wealth is missing and failed". Nothing else. Terrible customer service...

Zdravo, uspeo sam jednom da kontaktiram nekoga, problem je što mi osoba za podršku više nije odgovorila, ne mogu da postavim nijedan dokument... ne radi... ne odgovara ni na mejlove

I also made my first withdrawal request last Tuesday, 9 days ago. They have cancelled it several times citing that the documents are insufficient. However, I have resubmitted the request each time, most recently on Monday. They haven't cancelled it yet.


I sent them an email yesterday with all of the documents again. Still no response.
