The ten times the deposit you made is for all winnings with an active bonus. I was disappointed when trying to withdraw 1400 € that I had won while I had a 220% deposit bonus in effect. I had paid 70 and got 154 in bonus and could only withdraw 700 €. Should have read the terms better I guess, but I never could have imagined such a drastic capping. But I now see how they can have so generous bonuses 🙂

I remember several players talking about how they ignore every bonus offer just to make sure that in case they win there will be no "max cash out" or anything similar 🙂.

I'd say it's the easiest way. Every casino can have a different T&C, plus some special one for each kind of bonus... 😀 (speaking in general)

No I haven’t but I recon they don’t need to cheat customers outright if they have terms that limit most of the payouts to 10x whatever the customer deposited last. 🧐 They have these really fat deposit bonuses (I used a 220% for my 70 € deposit) all the time so I recon most payouts will be limited like mine.

I’ll keep you posted on my last 700 €.

Well, I'm eager to see what this speed-up means in practice...

I’m not a fan of escalating but I asked them if they preferred a complaint or a formal dispute, so I hope they get the message. This does not look good though.
