Well, thank you for describing your situation and I see that it ended up as unresolved- against fair gambling. However, by the casino getting black points, it lowers its safety index, which I understand is not what you want to see, but it is the only thing we can do in this case. Michal tried to help as much as he could, but unfortunately he didn't find a consensus with the casino.
Nevertheless, there is still a chance to file a complaint with an authority, as you have been advised to do in your complaint.
I'm sorry that this is the way this case turned out, but believe me, we tried to do everything we could.
