On May 31st 2023, my account got suspended. I have had there 1 pending withdrawal on around 800/900 EUR (requested on May 20th) and another around 200/300 EUR in my balance. Just after suspension I have received this e-mail from support@bet24star.com:


"Hello,


Your account has been suspended from the Fraud department, as there has been some suspicions that need to be checked. 


We will contact you again once we have the final answer.


Regards, 


Bet24star"


It was 31.05 and I have not received this "final answer" until now despite I have been sending many e-mails to them.


Before being suspended I have been doing everything according to the terms and conditions of this casino. I am 100% sure about it because during play and before making every deposit and getting every bonus I have always been in touch with casino consultant on the chat and I have been asking for everything like maximum bet per spin, wagering requirements and excluded slots. 


Out of nowhere on 13.07 I was informed by their financial department (finance@bet24star.com) that "according to the terms and conditions, you are eligible to receive a 100 EUR payment."


I'm sending below screenshots of my all correspondence with them.

There are many things we need to clarify from the casino, I'd say. Starting with the result of this inspection handled by the fraud department and ending with the explanation concerning the 100 EUR payment. 🤔

You're welcome. Could you also update us on the forum if you hear anything new from the casino ? I think we and other players would appreciate it, as it is a direct player experience. In many cases, this can be useful if someone is deciding whether to deposit their money in a particular casino.

I see that your review is false. Withdrawals are 150 euros to 1500 euros per week. For example, I have a good activity, I am 3000 euros per week. I have friends who play on it, I will tell them to leave reviews. And you will see, I don't know who does the reviews at your place....

Hi, as far as the limits are concerned, I saw something different on the website than in the review, so I asked our team about it. The rating is clearly based on more than just the withdrawal limit and the tab Safety Index, you can see why the casino has it so low. Just because you have an activity on the page that helps you to withdraw more doesn't mean that all players can do so in general, so it is necessary not to confuse your own limit with the general one. 

Anyway, you talk as if you gave the casino a high rating, but you didn't say anything very specific yourself except for the limit of what is good for you in the casino. 

For example, did you have any withdrawals there? Did you do anything with the support? Can you show maybe some withdrawal history and if you successfully got money how long did it take?

Hello, I'm talking about my experience, I've never had a problem. And I don't see many people criticizing this casino. Everyone has their own opinion, I just had a good experience and some friends did too. I don't need to show my withdrawals or anything else, I'll tell you what I think.the limits are not 600 euros....

I inquired about the limit and according to the last complaint we have against the casino, the chat informed the player that if he did not deposit €500 or more, his limit was as it was and therefore low and that is why we have displayed on the page what we have. It's information from the casino so it's quite interesting. Apparently you have to play more and be VIP level to have higher limit. 

I'm not saying that you can't have a good experience here, of course, I'm just saying that you didn't say anything specific. Also you didn't answer one of my questions, so I or other players can make their own opinion. I should add that the casino does not handle any complaints and does not have a license, so if something comes up I wish you luck in solving it.

I think you mark what suits you on the casinos with which you have affiliation. I know how you work, don't talk to me about player protection. I play and I play on casinos with a Curacao license or other. There is no one when there are problems, so stop your cinema, license or not it's the same shit

I don't really understand how my normal post where I asked about limits and finally put a few questions turned out to be this. I guess when you have trouble answering directly and hide behind walking around, there's something to it. I just wanted to know more so that the players could take some of the positive from it because with the safety index the way it is here, it makes sense that we or others would want to know more about the good. 

But I see that the only thing you have done here is to kick around. 🙂

It is clear that we have to have money from something, why would we hide it, several times on the forum appeared how we are financed. So I'll leave this debate with you because I see that even after a few posts I didn't get to anything concrete and everyone will be able to make up their own mind about that. I hope that if by chance some player asks you some questions about this casino you will also start accusing him and avoid any kind of normal confrontation.
