Toplo se ne preporučuje. Zaštita igrača praktično ne postoji. U odeljku „Odgovorno igranje" navodi se da je moguće postaviti ograničenja ili periode samoisključenja na nalogu, ali to nije moguće. Morao sam više puta da zahtevam samoisključenje zbog zavisnosti od kockanja pre nego što je odobreno. Pregled depozita/isplate se nigde ne može pronaći, a nema ni licence za Nemačku. Međutim, registracija u Nemačkoj (adresa, broj mobilnog telefona, pozivni broj) je moguća, pa čak i zahtevana od strane veb stranice. Kako je to moguće? Ispostavilo se da sam imao ukupno tri naloga u ovom kazinu (ne, zaista nisam bio svestan toga i nikada ranije nisam uspeo da napravim duplikat naloga, tako da ništa nije delovalo čudno), a svi su zatvoreni zbog zavisnosti od kockanja (kako je to uopšte moguće, ne mogu da shvatim; u skoro svim renomiranim kazinima, ponovna registracija nije moguća, osim druge imejl adrese za poslednju registraciju. Pošto se moja imejl adresa promenila, svi podaci se podudaraju, čak i broj mobilnog telefona, tako da je trebalo da bude moguće identifikovati duplikate). Štaviše, u to vreme sam već imao aktivno samoisključenje zbog zavisnosti od kockanja u sestrinskom kazinu, Rivijeri. Ne postoji zaštita za problemske kockare, a imejlovi ostaju bez odgovora. Smatram da je ovaj pristup veoma zabrinjavajući, posebno duplirani nalozi, koji stvaraju prave probleme za problemske kockare. Bilo je to veoma tužno iskustvo i definitivno ga ne bih preporučio. I would say that responsible gambling should always be taken seriously by both parties. If you can register at a casino with multiple accounts just by changing your email address, I see that as quite a problem. If the other data was the same, it would not be possible for players. I believe that if you had won, it would certainly have caused problems with withdrawals if the casino had found out that you had multiple accounts, whether intentional or not. 

As for the limit, was it not possible to set one at all? 

Of course, it would be best if you didn't play at casinos, although I know how difficult that must be. I would recommend application named BetBlocker, do you know it? Maybe it could help you to prevent to play.

Da, takođe verujem da ne bih video ni centa da sam pobedio. Svi detalji osim imejl adrese su identični, i smatram da je to veoma opasno i nepravedno. U odeljku „Odgovorno igranje" se pominje da je moguće postaviti ograničenja u svom profilu, ali nema načina da se to uradi. Možete to zatražiti samo putem ćaskanja (koje nije uvek dostupno) ili imejlom, gde ili ne dobijate odgovor ili tek nakon višestrukih upita. Nuđenje registracije iz Nemačke uprkos nedostatku licence i prebacivanje sve odgovornosti na igrača je takođe po mom mišljenju upitno. Ali pre svega, jednostavno ne postoji zaštita igrača za problematične kockare. Nije čak moguće ni blokirati sebi celu licencu, što sam navikao da vidim u fer kazinima, ali mogu da živim sa tim. Uprkos svemu tome, ovaj kazino ima tako visoku ocenu, što ne mogu da razumem.

Thank you for describing the whole problem. It's sad that even BetBlocker can't help, because in cases like this, it would definitely be useful for players to be able to protect themselves in some way.

I hope you won't come back here, and it would be best if you didn't return to casinos at all, even though I know it's difficult. 

But I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed for you on this journey.

Attempted to do a small withdrawal last week and received an email from them saying all deposits need to be turned over 3 times prior to a withdrawal, yet i cant find any mention of that stipulation in their terms and conditions. Apart from that their site has been good for sports betting

Hi, I found that in Terms- 10. Antifraud Policy. So it looks like you will have to do it if you want to withdraw your money from this casino.

Thanks for that, Just logged into today to see they have limited my betting to a max stake of less than $10, tried to make a withdrawal and is still pending, hopefully not a long wait to receive my funds

So, did you manage to wager 3x? The casino's limits aren't the best, but I've seen worse limits than this one. So you'll have to deal with it.

I think you can easily find out by checking the game history if they offer it here. Or I would ask the live chat if you have fulfilled what you were supposed to and where you can see it.

I can't say for sure how it works at a given casino. Sometimes there can be a delay, sometimes they may try to artificially prolong it, so they would have to tell you themselves what the reason is for the current wait. In any case, I would try to be patient and believe that the money will come.

Both withdrawals still pending, live chat telling me they have "forwarded the matter to the payment department as a priority" I've also sent them 2 emails and not got a reply back.

I don't think you need to do that much. If you wrote to live chat, they would probably just give you some general information that wouldn't help you, so you'll need to be patient. As I said, try to hang in there, and if nothing happens, we'll try to assist you.

We give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawal issues. You can open a complaint at any time, but until this period has expired, we will not contact the casino and will wait if you receive your money.

Something is so wrong with what is happening, they have now stopped the ability for me to even open the live chat on their site. the only way i can get the live chat to work is if i turn on mobile data and vpn to a different country

So I played with their third deposit bonus for sports (100% matched up to 15000 NOK), and then after reaching the wagering requirement i had around 45000-48000NOK in my account. Since the normal balance and bonus balance is separated during wagering, I can confirm that I did not lose any of my deposit during the wagering, I did actually increase it, but I do not remember by how much. When I tried to withdraw the money I was told that I had to wager my original deposit two extra times. I then played trough my entire balance, which at this point is real money after the wagering, and won some bets and ended up with 67895 NOK. I then proceeded to try to withdraw my money and was told that the maximum withdrawl request per day is 10000NOK which is fine. After withdrawing two times for a total of 20000NOK I was told that the third withdrawal was cancelled since the weekly limit was 25000 NOK, so I requested a withdrawal for 5000NOK which I got an waited a week to make a new withdrawal. After some days I got a new email saying that the maximum withdrawals for the month was capped at 50000NOK and since I had withdrew some money earlier in January I had reached the limit. At this point in time I had 42895 NOK left in the account. I then waited to a month had past since my fist withdrawal request in January. Then after 4 days I got an email saying "The maximum you can win form a deposit bonus is 50000 NOK and since my winnings surpass that my balance has been adjusted to reflect the maximum winnings". I then went into my account to see that my balance had been reduced from 42895 NOK to 5992 NOK. I addition to this at the time the bonus wagering took place the terms said that the max win was 10x the amount of the bonus and they have since changed the terms but after, not sure how long but the terms are different now. But that should not matter in this case since after wagering the bonus my balance was in the 45000-48000 NOK range if we take away my initial deposit we get 30000-33000 NOK, which is way below the 50000NOK mark they mentioned in the email. And it was after the bonus wagering was done that i played my balance up to 67895 NOK so that balance should not be the relevant part here. I therefore think it is wierd that my balance was reduced by so much. It does not reflect the 50000NOK max winnings they claim are the reason for the reduction. I have reached out to the via email, but I have not gotten a response in the last 24 hours. I hope this issue is solved, if not it is not worth it to play with bonuses in this casino if winnings are stripped away even though I played within the terms of the bonus rules.

If the casino does not resolve the issue and does not contact you, I would definitely file a complaint with us. If you played with a bonus and fulfilled all the requirements, the cap should apply when you withdraw money for the first time after fulfilling the bonus or as soon as you complete the bonus. It's not after three withdrawals that the casino suddenly says that these are the terms, especially if you say that at the time you took the bonus, they didn't have such terms and max winnings.

At the very least, I would try with our team if the casino is not helpful.
