Wagers with "Real Balance" only count towards completing the wagering terms. While wagers with "Bonus Balance" do not count towards the wagering terms.

It sounds like some sort of bonus term, saying that you can only use your real money to complete the wagering requirement. You can only wager your winnings using your own real money, I'd say.

I am fully verified at betcoco casino,since 26/11.i played with bonus and fully wagered it.I had real balance and asked withdraw.There was no term at bonus terms that it was violated.They are just scam casino.They rarely answer at live chat and they said that their payment provider, Softgamings, has reported issues with Neteller payments.I play at casinos 13 years...I never had problems with Neteller. Neteller is not the problem.The casino is the problem...i really wonder how SG International, gave licence at this casino...they have totally crossed the line..i asked withdraw at 27/11.....

Sadly, this is not an exception. A month about few casinos admitted problems with payment providers and Visa card transactions were unavailable completely.
I would find it a good sign that the casino admits such a problem. The most important thing is to try to solve the issue quickly, but this must be done by the payment provider, I'm afraid.

This is just a heads up for any gamblers experiencing long withdraw delays I have been a casino player nearly my whole life and some....
