Hi firstly they only let you withdraw 500 in any one day the first withdrawal is usually quick but after that you can be waiting maybe 20 working days don't give up because you will be paid eventually good luck 🙏

So they’ve just emailed asking for a shit load of ID, one being my passport next to another form of personal id, I don’t have anything else 😭 any suggestions?

500 within 6 hrs of sending documents in the 12 business days I got 500 and then 19 business days 500 got another one last night and still waiting for another payment witch I banked on 25 October

I just keep thinking they’ll say they can’t process because i don’t have another form of ID, they asked for payslips and all sorts!

I sent my bank card and a selfie with it, my passport and a selfie with it, a utility bill, payslip, bank statement, passport with utility bill next to it. Did you have to send those?

No they didn’t say PDF, did you withdraw to a bank account? I read you can only withdraw via crypto so I have one withdraw for crypto and the other two are my bank

No I don’t either, I had to use my brothers account cos on the T&C’s it says withdrawals are only allowed via crypto, properly another way for them to make you wait 15 days

That might be your issue. Only allowed to withdraw in your name. I used my bank card to withdraw.
