I do not see any proofs in these messages, they are just repeating the same like the casino.
So i want to open a complaint even though i will not receive my winnings, i want to see the proof they have. I know i am innocent and the proof could only be disguised by them
Weirdly, on the first email they left 50 euros on my account, now suddenly after it was open for 2 weeks, my account got closed.
I connected to their site using my computer and my phone, which both have a different connection provider but both connections are swiss and i didn't use vpn.
I played on ritz casino and bitspin365 casino that same night and i can ask those 2 casinos to confirm i didn't use vpn that night when i played on nalucasino.
