Hey guys still waiting on my withdrawal from 08/10, also asked about my account verification and said it would be done when the withdrawal is approved.... doesn't look good, I've emailed hello@betfoxx.com but seen some people were getting responses from support so have tried them aswell now fingers crossed I get a response at some point, unlikely I know but it's not getting reversed no matter how much they stall

So strange. I made my first withdrawal on 11/10 and it was in my bank on 14/10. Still waiting for a withdrawal from 12/10 though. Which leads me to think maybe they do just have a huge backlog and not enough staff. Who knows.

This is nonsense, I literally waited for days for my id to be verified then when I asked the chat on the status it was instantly verified - to save you time - they’re gonna ask for your card/ address proof so you may aswel add that. You can ask the live chat what documents are accepted for this as I uploaded all my documents but I’m still waiting for a layout since the 24th.
