Hi i signed up to this casino couple of months ago, after depositing quite a bit and losing, my balance is now at 411 euros, and they started requesting documents about my crypto wallet and proof of funds, i supplied them with 2 proofs of winnings from other casinos, these were declined because they were too old even tho they were from 2023, also they requested a screenshot of my crypto wallet with personal information. I use a crypto wallet that has no personal info attached, they keep requesting things that are unreasonable, also when i ask livechat what the status is, they just keep saying its been forwarded to the relevant department and that i will receive a respone on email, but i have waited over 3 weeks for respone on email yet nothing arrives.

Hi, in that case I would probably go ahead and file a complaint. We give casinos 14 days to verify and I think they should be able to check the documents by then. Have there been any rejections yet or are you still waiting for the result of what you sent ?

I made a deposit in cryptocurrency and played for about a week.
Then I decided to make a withdrawal, but they cannot withdraw in cryptocurrency. I have never seen such stupid rules, you can make a deposit in cryptocurrency, but you cannot withdraw.
I contacted the support team and asked why I cannot make a withdrawal in cryptocurrency. They replied that withdrawal is only possible to a bank card. They told me that I must pass verification and make another deposit from the bank card to which I want to withdraw funds.
I provided them with my documents, which clearly state that I live in Ukraine, they accepted and approved! They said that now I just need to make a deposit from the card.
I made a deposit from the card and then applied for a withdrawal, but to my surprise they rejected my withdrawal. I asked why the withdrawal was rejected, they said that my bank rejected the withdrawal, I contacted the bank, they said that there was not even any attempt to transfer funds. And this went on for several days, then the casino told me that they allow Ukrainians to play, but only those living in Slovenia. And they blocked my account, even the bastards did not return any of my deposits.

P.S. After verification, they knew that I live in Ukraine, but no one blocked me, they said that everything was ok and I needed to make another deposit from a bank card, which I did.
