Kako je moguće da Betplais ignoriše tako nešto i umesto toga ostavlja moj nalog otvorenim i šalje mi ovu e-poštu koju navodno nikome ne smem da pokažem. To je kriminalno file

Do you still possess any confirmation declaring you were successfully self-excluded in the past? If you do, I would send it as a reply to this "announcement" asking for the specific rules and regulations to be named and the situation fully explained.

Imam mejlove koje sam poslao Betplaisu za samoisključivanje. Ali radije bih vam ovo poslao direktno putem e-pošte jer su moji podaci u njemu. I siguran sam da su mnogi drugi igrači primili ovu e-poštu.

I have got the same e-mail even thou I asked for a permanent closure because of my addiction. I lost 80 euro because of that. I have asked for a refund, bud they deny. I have tried to ask them how they think they can do so, but they refuse to answer. Try to visit their Livechat... do you speak about this mail they will ignorre every further messages. They are really the most scummy casino I have ever seen and should be blacklisted everywhere.
