Koristio sam usluge Betroom24, pravio opklade, stavljao deo novca za povlačenje. Nakon toga više nisam mogao da uđem na svoj nalog i dobio sam mejl obaveštenje da je moj nalog blokiran bez objašnjenja.
Nije bilo pokušaja da se to odgonetne od strane kladionice, iako je sve što je bilo u mojoj moći preuzeto sa moje strane, ali pošto su me blokirali čak i u svom četovanju i nisu odgovarali na mejlove, nisam mogao da postignem nikakav rezultat.
Nisam čak ni koristio nikakve bonuse, koristio sam samo svoj novac. Pa, ako smo pričali o nekim prevelikim iznosima, ja ipak razumem šta bi moglo da izazove sumnju u administraciji, ali prokletih 300 evra je penija.
U svakom slučaju, da je kladionica pošteno postupila, onda bi odnos prema njemu bio potpuno drugačiji jer su mogli da mi daju moj depozit. I TAKO JOŠ NE SAVETUJEM NIKOME DA OVDE STAVLjA SVOJ NOVAC.

Dvaput sam napravio žalbe na Beroom 24 na vašem sajtu. I oba puta su žalbe odbijene, da budem iskren, ne sećam se iz kog razloga.
Ali ako je moguće, mogu ponovo da uložim žalbu na vaše razmatranje. Mogu da dostavim mejlove/snimke ekrana o svojoj verifikaciji u Betroom, kao i mejlove o deponovanju sredstava, zahtevu za povlačenje sredstava i blokiranju mog naloga.
(Ne tako davno, obratio sam se samom davaocu licence Curacao da mi pomogne da rešim moj problem sa Betroom. Na šta je korisnik licence odgovorio da neće moći da mi pomogne, pošto Betroom više ne poseduje njihovu licencu, poslaću vam poruku nit na vašu e-poštu i možete se uveriti)
