I've been waiting for my USDT deposit to be credited since Saturday morning so it's now 4th day in running.

Etherscan showed the transaction successful within 5 minutes after the transfer was made.

First two days they claimed that some deposit methods take longer to credit, then it changed to "we have no news regarding your deposit but you will be notified via email". Well, no notifications, no money in player account.

Does anyone know how to get more game providers @ betsio.com casino?

I thought it was ment to have a huge range of providers but i don't have many good ones and when I try changing location on my vpn it makes no difference.

Any ideas would be much appreciated pls?

Apparently this would be a good question for the casino. They have to add providers and of course some may be restricted for your country. I would be careful with a VPN and always make sure you can use it. 

However, without the casino having more providers you probably can't do anything about it.

I tried casinos live chat and they give the go ahead to use a vpn but when I try changing location it doesn't seem to make any difference. I know and can see that there are other providers I just can't seem to get access to them.

I can see for example suger rush slot is there in there recent big wins section (where someone has had a big win and there showing it off.) but I have no pragmatic slots.

Deposited £100 with this casino yesterday and managed to win £4500. All documents verified and currently waiting on the first withdrawal of £2000 to be confirmed. I requested the withdrawal at 7:30pm and they responded at 8:25pm requesting the documents. Sent them off and was verified at 9:32pm. Still waiting for the withdrawal to be processed and it is currently pending with the option to cancel it still there. I did speak with them via live chat this morning and they have told me they are still working on it so lets see!

Well, I think that's normal. Casinos don't always process withdrawals that early. Definitely don't cancel and don't play with the money until everything is sorted out. Sometimes it can take a couple of days, so I would like to ask what payment method you used to withdraw? 🙂

Hi. Okay that’s fair enough, I thought it would normally be quicker. I’ve withdrawn it back to my Mastercard debit card, the same method used to deposit 🙂

To be honest I would say always use casinos that are licensed in your country, but Jackbit is a good crypto casino that I have used and they have instant withdrawals
