Dont pay out! Waiting since 28december. Its now 8 january, still didnt receive withdrawal. KYC already done. Before already took one withdrawal, and now they dont pay!!

My payment was requested and accepted on December 28, it is now January 10 and I have not received anything. When asking support, they indicate that there is a delay with the payment provider, but cannot provide precise data on how or what. I feel a bit powerless, every day they come up with a different excuse, first it's a delay, then it's: Have you sent all the documents? while they say it has been sent from our side, documents have even been sent and accepted twice, previous payouts have also been made, I have not played with bonus money

Thanks for describing your situation a bit more. I certainly understand that this is not a pleasant position to be in. What I would take as a positive is that you have successfully withdrawn money in the past and I firmly believe that this will be the case now. 

As far as the casino's response is concerned, I see that you are going around in circles because you keep getting a different answers. 

Therefore, I think it is good that you have opened a complaint and let's see where the situation goes. 

If you have any new information, be sure to let us know. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get your money as soon as possible.

But what did you write to the casino about ? What's something they've been ignoring for so long ? Can you tell me more, please?

They had to pay me €6.652,50 on May 27 within 30 days. The payment has not been made and for 13 weeks i have been asking for updates to every department and i have nog got a single respond back.

Here is the truth: Casbit Group N.V. has dissolved their company registration following a fine from the KSA for illegal operations. They are now rapidly launching new casinos and companies to evade paying many players. They've created exact replicas of their previous casinos:

- Betspino → Spinybet

- Lala.bet → Chacha.bet

- Jungliwin → Ucobet

- Justbit → Joebit

I have screen recordings of live support chats from Spinybet, Lala.bet, and Ucobet, where they provided me with the same WhatsApp number and email address as the VIP manager from their original casinos. This reveals their connection.

They are currently operating under a company in Costa Rica: 3-102-897762 LTDA, and a new registration from the CGB under the name Luckywayz Limited B.V. in Curaçao.


Here you can check the URL'a and data provided. These are all 1:1 copies. They exposed themselves allready. It's so sad because the facts that they ignored the signed agreement has caused me a huge amount of personal problems and depression.

Oh yes, again, it's a deal that I think we've already talked about. Have you tried contacting a lawyer ? I mean, it's not exactly a little bit of money, and I might even go for it if I were you.
