As I am an admin on the forum I do not contact casinos. We have a complaint team where you have opened a complaint and when they find out everything they need from you, then they will contact the casino. So try to be a bit patient and I believe that this step will happen.

Hmm, I saw that the casino has blocked your account according to what you wrote. Did they tell you something more specific why this happened or just what you describe, i.e. bonus abuse? 

I saw that you copied the same thing into the complaint and I am curious to know what will be resolved and how our team will handle it.

I received an email informing me that my account was closed. The reason is that they do not accept players from Poland. They gave me the option to create an account and make a deposit.
