I finish the bonus same day that I have . I withdrawal the money and I left something to play after 2 days was make my firs withdrawal of 2000 so I play a little more and I win more and more after 4 days again was make my 2 withdrawal of 3000 , after that il 14 was the next withdrawal says the operator but in 14 all the money dissepper telling me that I breake the terms of bonus

I can see that your complaint it's opened and our team is investigating the case. Are you sure that the amount you kept in your account after completing the bonus and withdrawing some of the money, as you said, was not "mixed funds", as Radka suggested in her previous post? Or you are not completely sure about that? 🤔 I certainly hope our team will be able to get this issue solved.🤞

They have blocked my account after making deposits and requesting withdrawal. Payments that were made are showing to many different companies to enable a charge back need to know the payment processor they used for Mastercard deposits.

Hello im From United Kingdom and i registred in Betzino 3-4days ago and i deposited with mastercards 750Euro so i play it and i made it win 2500euro and i requested a withdrawal i verify full my account id proof of address cards bank statements ..and i wait to 2 days to proccesed withdrawal and they try to withdrawal my money by bank transfer but they have some issue they returned money so i ask whats happened they say bank returned so please try again if okay iban.. so i check it everything okay so i contact again and i say i found where is problems because they trying in Euro Not GBP so they ask me please try other Bank Iban so i send it other bank Use Euro its called Zen bank digital so i send statements to verify and i requested to that iban so after they verify that statements they make locked account and they didnt send me any repsonse why closed whats happened here they have issue for withdrawal and now closed account without any reason so agent say thay its from other departments they will contact you and nothing else this is very very bad i think something here its very scam..please help me about that!
