Žalba je rešena jer sam se između dobijanja nule i jednog dana mogućnosti povrata nekog dela od 26.000,00€ odlučio za ovo drugo.
Ono što sada vidim, sa mesecima koji su prošli, je da nikada neću povratiti nijedan deo od tih 26.000,00 €, jer će njihov novčić vredeti nula, čak i ako ga lansiraju (u šta sumnjam). To će biti još jedna kazino prevara.
Nisu uspeli čak ni da sakupe novac da završe prvu fazu pre lansiranja i ne plaćaju pretplatnicima novčića ili onima koji su učestvovali u revnim takmičenjima koje je kazino pokrenuo (95% pozitivnih kritika koje ima na svim sajtovima su bili sa revnih takmičenja) i stalno odlažu lansiranje novčića.
Što se tiče žalbi, iskreno ne verujem da će doneti rešenje za ostatak koji su mi uzeli (samo prošli put oko 4000,00€).
Koncept zloupotrebe bonusa nije jasno definisan u uslovima, tako da oni mogu smatrati 2 uzastopna bonus depozita kao zloupotrebu bonusa, kao što mogu smatrati 10 uzastopnih depozita.
To je pitanje dobre vere, koju oni očigledno nemaju. Oni su beskrupulozni ljudi kojima je samo stalo da se obogate ili zarade na račun drugih. Oni se ne razlikuju od bilo kog prevaranta ili hakera koji upadne u nečiji bankovni račun i ukrade novac.
The complaint was resolved because between receiving zero and one day having the chance of recovering some part of the €26,000.00, I opted for the latter.
What I see now, with the months that have passed, is that I will never recover any part of that €26,000.00, because their coin will be worth zero, even if they launch it (which I doubt). It's going to be another casino scam.
They haven't even managed to raise the money to complete the first phase of the pre-launch and they're not paying the coin's subscribers or those who took part in the zealy contests the casino launched (95% of the positive reviews it has on all the sites were from the zealy contests) and they keep postponing the coin's launch.
As for complaints, I honestly don't believe that they will bring resolution to the remainder that they took from me (around €4000.00 last time alone).
The concept of bonus abuse is not clearly defined in the terms, so they can consider 2 consecutive bonus deposits as bonus abuse, just as they can consider 10 consecutive deposits.
It's a question of good faith, which they clearly don't have. They are unscrupulous people who only care about getting rich or making money at the expense of others. They're no different from any scammer or hacker who breaks into someone's bank account and steals the money.
A reclamação foi resolvida porque entre receber Zero e ter um dia a hipotese de recuperar alguma parte dos 26000,00€, optei pela segunda.
O que vejo agora com os meses que passaram, é que nunca irei recuperar parte nenhuma desses 26.000,00€, porque a moeda deles vai valer zero, mesmo que a lancem ( o que duvido). Vai ser outro Scam do casino.
Não conseguiram reunir dinheiro sequer para concluir a primeira fase do pré-lançamento e não estão a pagar aos subscritores da moeda nem aos que participaram nos zealy contests que o casino lançou (95% das avaliações positivas que tem em todos os sites, foi pelos concorrentes zealy) e continuam sempre a adiar o lançamento da moeda.
Quanto a reclamações, sinceramente não acredito que traga resolução ao restante que me tiraram (cerca de 4000,00€ só da ultima vez).
O conceito de bonus abuse não está definido de forma clara nos termos, portanto eles podem considerar 2 depositos com bonus consecutivos como bonus abuse, como podem considerar 10 depositos consecutivos.
É uma questão de boa fé, que claramente eles não têm. São pessoas sem escrupulos que s´ó querem saber de enriquecer ou fazer dinheiro à custa dos outros. Não são diferentes de qualquer scammer ou hacker que entra na conta bancária de alguem e rouba o dinheiro que lá estiver.
