When I write in the chat, I am told that the request has been forwarded to the finance department and that I will receive the funds as soon as possible. That's what they said in September. This is what they say even now in December. The chat operator answers with clichéd phrases and only says that he does not deal with withdrawals. I wrote to the mail 4 times - I did not receive a single answer. I am attaching screenshots, I just wrote to them again.

Yes, so you got your first money in the summer and as for the next ones, they haven't arrived yet and the casino keeps repeating the same phrase over and over again. It's definitely not nice if you don't find anything relevant in the context of your withdrawal and it's the same song over and over again.
