You know, I was just shocked when I found out that the procedure takes up to 7 days on a first-come, first-served basis, this is regulated in the bounty casino. I found out that in my case this process is carried out on purpose so as not to pay out my winnings. I am sure about that! I am misled and simply shocked by the information that I learned not so long ago.


It turns out that casino customers requested the document verification procedure much later, the process was approved by them. So they answer me on the VK resource. But casino specialists do not want to respond to this remark.
