I would like to add a personal note. In search of internal contact, I checked out our database, and I was sincerely hoping I could ask someone from our Affiliate Team for a working email contact. You would not believe what I found. An internal note saying we've been given some emails, yet never ever has replied back... 🙁

I must say I'm glad to see the safety index is low.

Da, ti si u pravu. Njihova aktivnost se može zaustaviti samo oduzimanjem „pseudolicence". U stvari, trenutno pripremam apel nadležnim državnim organima Kostarike da im oduzmu dozvolu za obradu podataka, jer njihova takozvana „aktivnost" nanosi gubitke njihovim sopstvenim klijentima. Skoro sam završio, ostalo mi je još nekoliko dana da sačekam neka dokumenta od državnih organa Ukrajine i onda ću sve ovo poslati Ministarstvu trgovine, industrije i privrede Kostarike i opštini koja im je ovo izdala „licenca". Šta će biti od svega ovoga – videćemo. Ali neću im dozvoliti da žive mirno.

I understand and respect your opinion. But you should consider the situation as a whole. What is the difference between, e.g. delayed payment and stealing? We do not know the casinos' intentions. We can't even prevent that, but when it happens and we have proof, the safety index goes down.

Čini mi se da će blagi pad rejtinga (na osnovu iznosa žalbe) loše odraziti realnu situaciju sa ovim „kazinom".

Možda bismo trebali dodati neke napomene o ovome u recenziju ovog kazina?
