Hmm for a start I would like to ask you what experience you had in the casino or what happened when you have such an opinion ? 

Regarding the license, how did you find out it was fake please ? 

It would always be good to back up your opinion with something first.

If you mean the first post that was hidden, you obviously don't know what the player wrote. The other players are not banned or anything like that. But I didn't see any specific evidence, do you have any problem in this casino ? If so, can you tell me about it and maybe it would be possible for our team to help you.

The best thing to do is to create a complaint and our team will take care of everything important. I'm just an admin on the forum.

Regarding blacklisting, we don't do it on our site, we just search for relevant blacklists and then mention them if the casino is on any such list. 

So it might be a good idea to tell us what is going on and what happened, we'll see if we can help.

To put things in perspective, I'll start like this. 

When I ask for evidence and recommend you to file a complaint, there is probably a reason for it. And that is that this process goes hand in hand with what you can provide and we have people who evaluate these situations and see much more in depth than I do who said I was an admin on the forum. I think that's logical and a person who has nothing to worry about shouldn't have a problem. 

And as for us promoting casinos, I wouldn't call it that but we provide information about them, which makes all the difference. Also, on what basis do you say it is illegal ? 

You have the opportunity to express yourself and our team will try to help you if you are interested. If not, then I guess I know it's all just talk.

I have a question for the public and the community admins on a casino. if a casino uses a fake license created by the casino itself to mislead the public into believing they are fully regulated but then later have been found out the license is fake so they quickly remove the license. Should the casino refund the deposits made upon the time of the fake license? As this is illegal and fraudulent it’s like if a player wins big and sends in fake documents there winnings are instantly void so it’s not different. Please can I get honest answers I know guru will probably say well it’s not that bad and side with the casinos but if guru are truly a honest company the answer they give here should be correct.

Hey you didn’t answer the question if a casino uses a fake licence to mislead players then gets found out to be using a fake license with hard evidence should the casino give the deposits back after misleading the players same as if the player wins and uses fake documents the casino voids the winnings

Hi but there’s a difference between a fake license and no licence I don’t understand what you are getting at even casino guru was promoting them having a fake license but that wasn’t guru fault as they was also deceived we are not talking about a casino that as no licence we are talking about the casino creating a fake license to mislead the players many players would not play with a no licence casino it’s clear just by your reply’s that you are siding with a casino that created a fake licence to mislead the players every one I have spoke to I.e other casino owners lawyers friends they all. Say that the casino used fraud to mislead the players so please don’t tell me that you fight for the players anyone that reads this will see what u trying ti do

Just to correct you here, we were not "promoting" them having a fake licence. We inform everyone to be aware of it, so they can decide whether to play or not. If we are not aware of a license being fake, unfortunately, we cannot inform everyone about it on our website. As soon as we find out that a casino operates without a license, we will include it in our review.

We surely do not "side" with anyone, as you like to call it. I'm sorry that you had this bad experience at this casino, and as I already suggested before, if you believe that you have been treated unfairly due to the non-existing license of this casino, you should contact a lawyer. Hi so let’s put this a different way then you might answer the question so if I have a complaint against the casino with guru and the casino was found to be using a fake license when I signed up then also found out it was fake should guru ask the casino for the deposit back due to misleading the public ?I don’t see the question to be hard to answer you keep referring me to a lawyer and ignoring the question my complaint is on guru I am asking you if you think guru should let the casino get away with creating a fake license and misleading the public or should they do the right thing and ask the casino to refund players because they was mislead just like when a player send fake documents in guru side with the casino because the documents was fake so please can you just answer this simple question
