Želeo bih da vas zamolim za pojašnjenje situacije koju imam sa CosmicSlot kazinom.
Zatražio sam 3 isplate od po 400 evra (ukupno 1.200 evra), što je ispod njihovog navedenog limita od 1.000 evra po transakciji i 3.000 evra dnevno.
Međutim, umesto da ih sve obrade u razumnom roku, oni su plaćanja zakazali ovako:
400 evra 11. jula
400 evra 15. jula
400 evra 18. jula
Rekli su mi da je to zasnovano na njihovoj „internoj politici" i statusu naloga, ali sam pregledao njihove Uslove i odredbe i nisam pronašao ništa što podržava odlaganje isplata na ovaj način, posebno kada su ograničenja poštovana.
Takođe imam verifikovan nalog (završen KYC) i uspešno sam podigao novac u prošlosti (trajalo je oko 30 sati). Ovaj put izgleda da nepotrebno odugovlače. Ako pokušam da podignem preostali iznos, verovatno ću dobiti pun iznos tek do kraja jula…
Da li je neko iskusio ovakvo kašnjenje podeljene isplate od strane CosmicSlot-a ili drugih kazina? Da li je ovo normalno ponašanje?

I’d like to ask for some insight about a situation I’m having with CosmicSlot Casino.
I requested 3 withdrawals of €400 each (total €1,200), which is under their stated limit of €1,000 per transaction and €3,000 per day.
However, instead of processing them all within a reasonable time, they scheduled the payments like this:
€400 on July 11
€400 on July 15
€400 on July 18
They told me this is based on their "internal policy" and account status, but I’ve reviewed their Terms and Conditions and didn’t find anything that supports delaying payouts this way, especially when the limits were respected.
I also have a verified account (KYC done) and made a successful withdrawal in the past (took about 30 hours). This time, it seems they are stalling unnecessarily. If I try to withdraw the remaining balance, I’ll probably receive the full amount only by the end of July…
Has anyone experienced this kind of split payment delay from CosmicSlot or other casinos? Is this normal behavior?
