The appropriate department (financial) doesn't respond to you so live chat gives you there email for no reason. No one knows how to help you. They keep saying email financial dept but you don't get a response back I've emailed them 4 days in a row with no response.

Yeah they finally responded to me. They set up a withdrawal plan so one withdrawal every week. I got a payment today but I have a lot more pending. I guess they just take long to approve the withdrawals. Also the limit is not the greatest 400 per week which will take forever if you are a high roller. But as long as I get my money.
