Cusco kazino uzima ilegalni novac od holandskih problematičnih igrača bez saradnje da vrati zahtev za povraćaj novca, zato pre mesec dana želim svoj novac nazad što je pre moguće

Cusco kazino mejl i zaposleni na live chat-u ne odgovaraju na moj zahtev od prošlog meseca na moj zahtev za povraćaj novca, situacija traje mesec dana, dao sam sve svoje podatke i ništa nisam dobio nazad, ne putem mejla i ništa preko live chat-a oni nisu voljni da sarađuju sa mojim zahtevom za povraćaj novca od pre mesec dana, radi se o iznosu od 580 evra koji ne smeju da prihvate jer sam holandski igrač, oni rade ilegalno, nemaju dozvolu za ovo i pored toga ja sam naveden u Cruks-u i poznat sam kao problemski igrač koji znaju za ovo oni ukazuju preko trustpilot-a da su voljni da sarađuju putem e-pošte ako im pošaljem imejl direktno, prvo su izričito dali pogrešnu adresu e-pošte, ali Već sam ranije poslao mejl pravoj osobi tamo, već sam podneo zahtev i poslao sve što se tiče podataka, onda im pošaljete još nekoliko mejlova na njihov zahtev ovde preko Trustpilot-a da žele da sarađuju, ali još uvek nema odgovora na moj e-poruke uopšte, a čak i ako to ponovo zatražite u ćaskanju uživo, den takođe nije voljan da odgovori putem ćaskanja uživo i napravio je nekoliko ekrana za štampanje ovoga u poslednjih mesec dana, do danas još uvek nisam dobio svoj novac nazad, nijedno ažuriranje nije dobilo povraćaj sredstava putem e-pošte i nije primilo nikakvu pomoć putem podrške uživo. Jedino rešenje koje će me naterati da prestanem da ovo prijavljujem je da vratim svoj novac na broj svog bankovnog računa što je pre moguće. To se tiče svih mojih depozita oko 580 evra. prethodnog meseca marta koje su deponovane i zato su uhvatili problematičnog igrača bez licence od Cruksa i znajući ovo, budite oprezni ljudi, oni su prevaranti

They answered only when everybody can read with the situation but nothing at my emails and nothing with my conversation at their live support and message what i leave behind they lied that they are willing to help me they dont wanna help me already a month nothing send me back at my emails or live chat file

Thanks to bad there still no answers not at live support not from their email also not in the 24 hours what i gived theme there s nothing from theme back to me from this cuscocasino i hope also you and your team resolve this thanks for your help

Yes ive wait already 1.5month almost and still not answers from cuscocasino i think they blocked me from support and email i hope they refund me soon in a couple days because i wait already long enough its time now

file let see nick also please because he would shut the case and say that i did not have the right for my money back because i also not asked for self exclusion but here is proof please help me with my money back from 20 march its now 5 May it takes to long after my verification back than i not heard theme anymore by email and by support they not answering me only when everybody can read the say with trustpilot that i must take contact by email first they send there a wrong emailadress on purpose but i had already send to the good emailadress and after the verification in the beginning not response me anymore the only thing in the beginning was to look to it and should send me an update but never get an answer anymore and still not have my refund back from all deposits back than
