its not a big money i don`t give a fuck 260 euros but guys 20+ days verification??? and still nothing and they want miracle from me ....

Can you tell for how many days is (in total) your KYC running at the moment?

I just check and find out that this casino was established on 12/2021. I think the staff may need more time to settle a bit. They may be just lacking some experience.

I find it quite strange if the casino didn't require anything from you, but it's up to them if they don't need any documents when you try to withdraw. Anyway, we give casinos 14 days to process the request, so I would recommend being patient. Although I understand that if the casino doesn't give you an answer to your questions, it's certainly not pleasant.

So I'd probably wait for that email. Didn't the deposit bonus also have a maximum cashout for example and therefore the money could have been deducted? 

Alternatively, is plinko allowed to play with this bonus and did you check what max bet you can use? Obviously I would check all these things beforehand because that might be the reason why your money was taken. 

But you said the casino gave you few details, so what did they tell you?

The $100 bonus was not actually a deposit bonus it def says that but i had not deposited any funds for 3 weeks while offshore .


The Casino should be look at my deposit the last 12 months and just return the funds that were taken . if not they loose alot more when iclose my account

The VIP manager that gavel me that bonus knows whats happened because he gave me that bonus because of withdrawal issue early in January i i have the email trail with him telling me he will give me the cash bonus , either way the issue here is the money should have been left in the account because it was still playing and if a game is not available on a bonus you can not select the game or bet higher then the set limit .
